Exactly what everyone else is saying, I wish I looked them up before I called them. They charged me $320 for 30 mins work, no guarantees of service, 3 hours after they left my appliance stopped working. They wouldn't help me beyond that except to quote me $3000 to replace some parts, and they would not reduce my charge even though they accomplished nothing in their 30 mins of "labor". I've owned a business for 7 years now, I deal with a LOT of services, 99% of them are great, this ONE is THE bad egg, worst company I've dealt with, stay far away! The worst part is I see online that this is the norm, they do this repeatedly to so many customers that there is a ton of negative online attention direction toward them. They need to be shut down.
