I would like to report a fraudulent shopping website. The seller's website looks like a well known company "HomeGoods" but I later found out that the actual "HomeGoods" company does not sell any products online. The website was called "home-goods.shop". The website looked like an US site but my credit card was charged with a FX fees. When I ordered a product (toilet papers $50) on 4/2/2020, I got a notification via email with a tracking number with a link https://www.17track.net/en. The tracking number looked fine but the movement of goods was very slow with multiple stops at different warehouses (at different international locations). I tried to contact via phone but the number provided on the website had a number from China. So I emailed for a shipment status and got an automated email saying to check the tracking number. I kept emailing, got a response from a person named Jenny after several emails later. She told me to wait due to a delay caused by whole Covid-19 situation. Now, three months later, I demanded for a refund on 7/6/20. And, the person said (on 7/9/20) that the product was delivered in June but I said no delivery was made. The person told me that they were not responsible for the lost product and told me to go after the logistics company for claim. I tried to go back into the website but it was not working. It was a scam.

I have the same problem with toilet paper mine was sent to Pitney Bowes in a Monroe township. I'm not a business. I am a resident. I lost $47. and some change also. I have been waiting for this since April 24,2020.

I ordered, 10 Rolls Soft Toilet Roll Paper Tissue 4layers Household Roll $30.50 in April. Nothing received yet. I emailed them [email protected], 6 times with no reply. I asked for a refund with no reply. I also did an online chat and they suggested that I email the same p0erson. No response from these people.

I had the same experience as others have reported. Do not order toilet paper or any goods from this company. They will (1) never deliver your goods--my order is now reported lost after 3 months by them (2) they will charge your credit card anyways and the best part is you will need to cancel it because they will come back and try to charge again and again. This is a scam website and I (as well as others) have reported them for the Fraud. If you bought anything here you must cancel your credit card immediately.

I ordered toilet paper and says ships in 24hrs and receive in 7-13 days. After 9 days it still hadn't shipped. I cancelled and their automated assistant asked why I cancelled. 5 days later I got a shipping notification. I emailed at least 5 times but nothing but a runaround. Over 3 weeks later and nothing has arrived. Totally waste of time and money.

On April 4, I ordered 20 rolls of toilet paper and their add said it would be shipped within 24 hours. As of April 23 it has still NOT been shipped but they charged my credit card. I will contact the credit card company to dispute the charge.

Went to shop online for toilet paper. Found this online store called Home-goods.shop. This is not legit. Never got a shipping confirmation and they provided a personal email for contact.
