an ad appeared stating that there was an overstock of christmas decor on the Home Goods store website. I added items to my cart, successfully, and payment made and accepted. I got a "receipt" from Risetor and something didn't look right about that. I emailed them and the conversation was not professional nor did it give me any tracking or shipping information. I never received a confirmation of the items I ordered. When trying to reach out to them via email, the only source I had, there has been no response.
