Placed order on 5/24/2020 for outdoor fire pit purchased through PayPal via my checking account. Never shipped item and when contacted was informed the factory was closed due to covid19, asked them to cancel order which they did but still will not issue me a refund. Hoping this will get resolved with PayPal but meanwhile this company advertises it is ScamPulse.com ACCREDITED. Total scam!!!
