I purchased two things and spent $63 with them. Never received anything. I emailed them and they sent me back a weird email like over a month later and blamed it on COVID. However, it was all a lie.

I placed an order for a small item in October and it is now January and still have not received. I have contacted them via email per their instruction at least four times with no response after giving my order number checking my spam folder and everything. Every time I call I get a recording directing me back to email.

The scammer's website appears legitimate, much like any other retail store such as Walmart or Amazon. I purchased 5 Muscle Therapy Massage Gun Devices for $29.99 each, in which I recieved email suggesting that I will get a notification in 5-7 business days regarding delivery. As the 5-7 days approached I reached out via email and got a response stating that the order was processing. Once the allotted wait time passed I phoned the company and the call went straight to a voicemail that stated "the subscriber you are trying to reach is not available at this time, please leave a message". However, a reputable company would have had a voicemail providing business name, hours of operation, etc. I left a voicemail, plus sent another email with; yet to recieve a response. I ultimately did what I should have done initially and checked the reviews, and found that several people have had the same issues with this company; having never received their order.

Per their refund clause, they don't offer any refunds and/or exchanges after 30 days of purchase. It almost seems as if they use their policy to justify keeping funds, even if the items were never delivered. I personally feel that these ring of thieves should be fined and made to serve jail time.

I performed a Google search for an item and this site was one of the links that appeared in my results. I ordered it ($41.94) but have never received it. I tried emailing but have never received a reply. I tried calling, but only get a recording telling me that this Google customer can't come to the phone. My order confirmation reflects a different email address, so I tried sending an email to that address ([email protected]) but it came back undeliverable. When I first got onto the ScamPulse.com site, there was a link for reporting scams which took me to a third party where I saw 18 reports of people who tried to order from this site and never received their product.

These con persons advertise products for sale under Home essentials. You pay, they collect the money and you are swindled. They don't send product. You can't contact them any way. The site is a fraud. Stay away and save your money. I have been swindled from purchases made on Home Essentials. Be safe & stay away.

Placed an order I thought was through Amazon, was redirected to this sight to place order. I placed my order and funds were immediately taken from my account. Tried to get a tracking number and was directed to down load the app "SHOP" on my phone to track it. Only showed where I had paid but would not give me any info on where my order was. I tried calling the number on the web site, and it was unavailable. I have emailed to the support email address, no response. Order not received, no response from them. I cancelled my card and filed a fraud report with my bank. This sight is a scam and should be taken down.

My wife and I ordered a baby heart beat monitor and they never sent it. They have a fake number and email address. They somehow put the tracking number to a package I ordered from a different company. My product was 6 pounds and 4 ounces but they attached the tracking number to a package that was 5 oz. So the USPS have a record of it being delivered to my mailbox but in reality nothing was actually sent from them. I unfortunately didn't use my bank card or I may have been able to get a refund from the bank. The USPS has been very helpful with trying to locate the actual scammers address and information but I think if a handful of victims got together we can remove the site so noone else has this issue.

I googled to search for a ring light to purchase. The search results included the home essentials website picture of the product and price. I clicked on the picture of the product and was directed to the website. I purchased the item from the website. It has been two weeks since the money was credited from my bank account. I have not received an order conformation, tracking information or the merchandise. So I sent an email to the company asking for a refund and still no reply. I decided to google home essentials reviews and I see that many other people had the same problem with this company. That is when I realized it is a scam website used to steal people's money.

You can order products but you never receive tracking information, can not get through to support and the phone number is not working. They do not answer emails and the website is fake.

I placed a order for an electric plaque scraper on May 18,2020. It’s now July 12th, 2020. I have not received my product. I’ve reached out them them. They kept giving me excuses to why I couldn’t get the shipping and tracking numbers. When I asked for a refund they said they can’t give a refund due to the order being processed already. Order is processed but I can’t get any information on when I’m getting my product.

My daughter purchased a ring light from this company. Has not received the product or update about the product despite contacting the company on their website. Found out that the address for the company is a hotel in Tampa, FL. Also contact phone number is an out of state cell phone.
