I came here to transfer money to my family in Vietnam. Loc Tran (business owner) told me it would take 1 day before Vietnam receives it. I followed up with him after the 4th and 5th days because my family in Vietnam said they haven’t received the money. He said it has nothing to do with him, it’s because My family in Vietnam did not pick up their phone. There’s no evidence or record of his business contracting my family in Vietnam. He also made no attempt to contact me to let me know. I came to ask for money back and he told me it would take 3 days for cancellation and he just wrote cancel on my receipt. I never receive my money back.
