SCAM ALERT. Ordered over 12 weeks ago still have not received my order. Have emailed many times and all emails have been ignored and now can't email them at all DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Ordered three heaters for a renovation to my home as i have Terminal MND and these people have taken my money, and didn't supply the heaters and i am now out of pocket $800+...[censored]

I bought an item back on 12/05/22 and it still has not arrived.
The tracking always says awaiting fulfillment.
I have tried messaging, emailing and calling them but no response.
At first I just wanted to know when my item would be delivered but after no response from the company I asked for a refund.
Surprise surprise still no response …

I ordered a bed in April and home appliance have taken my order no bed and its end of June with mo respond grom email or my money back. Do not order to from this site unhappy customer

Ordered a trampoline mid April. After four weeks with no shipping info contacted HAP by phone email and live chat and no one could give me a timeframe for delivery. Asked them to cancel the order and refund. It’s now June and no one will answer or reply to advise when(if) the refund will be processed! $600 out of pocket now!

Same story took my $220plus and did not deliver. Refused to give a refund and a month later said they would give a refund. Have had contact with them on numerous occasions over the past 4 months and been told not to worry, have checked with finance or the refund department and that they would get back to me but never do. When I look at the number of complaints I think we need to set up a CLASS ACTION if possible or at least get in touch with consumer help in every state and advise them of the problem and to advlise google safari and any other web appropriate company

Same story as everyone else. No item received. No refund received.We need more people to complain so these people can be charged with fraud and closed down! How many more hard working Australians need to be robbed before this company is closed. Please put in a complaint, take the time to go through the process so there is more evidence! I don’t want anyone else to have go through this stress and injustice!My order was never dispatched. They took my money.After numerous contacts via email, phone calls and chat I gave up.. I cannot believe they are still trading.This is FRAUD! This is FRAUD! they have any idea what a customer is or what customer service is . To be frank I dont even know if they actually understand that they actually need to deliver the goods. They might have this warped mentality that we are just donating money to them as a sort of charity out of the goodness of our hearts. This company HAP (Home Appliances Plus) think they have the right to just set up a website and just take people's money with no intention of actually delivering the product. Although I've seen some reviews that are positive about this company, I have seen hundreds others of disappointed customers. Its quite odd that they do not just refund the money if the customers are so upset. I mean I would have thought the whole idea is to just keep the customer happy , so they dont just go online and write bad reviews. But no this company just annoys the heck out of the customer by promising time and time again that they will deliver and fix the problem, only to break their promise later on. So that is my experience.

I made a mistake and ordered a wardrobe from Home Appliances plus without checking reviews. After I asked about delivery, they said product is not available, they will let me know when the product arrives. So, I asked for a refund and as expected after reading all reviews, they disappeared. I now contacted bank, started complaining to ACCC etc. Stay away from this scam company.

Same story as everyone else. No item received. No refund received. I’ve contacted Consumer Affairs, written a formal complaint and now I’m the process of going through VCAT. We need more people to complain so these people can be charged with fraud and closed down! How many more hard working Australians need to be robbed before this company is closed. Please put in a complaint, take the time to go through the process so there is more evidence! I don’t want anyone else to have go through this stress and injustice!

My order was never dispatched. They took my money and refused to dispatch the products. After numerous contacts via email, phone calls and chat I gave up and contacted my credit card provider to report the dispute.
I WISH I READ THESE REVIEWS BEFORE BUYING. I cannot believe they are still trading.

Payed $380.00 for a dishwasher and got the same story as everyone else,out of stock,refund being processed.Contacted them over 20 times by chat and email and now they are just ignoring
me. Reported them to Accc and fair trading.Now waiting on my bank to get my money back.

Please people read the reviews and stop supporting these criminals. They take your money and are unable to supply the goods as promised on their website.
They also promise to refund your money and then proceed to ignore you while earning interest on the consers hard earned money. ACCC have been engaged.

I placed an order with these people 6 weeks ago and it hasn't even left the warehouse. I've written at least 6 emails complaining and requesting a refund, still nothing. I'm on a pension and can't afford to throw money away. I'm extremely disappointed and very angry that a company is allowed to operate with so many people rightly complaining. Bernadette

I too am waiting on goods purchased weeks ago. There are so many people complaining, surely there is something we can do? How can this happen in Australia in this day and age? People should be aware and name and shame! At least we should get our money back.

I purchased a Wooden and Crome bench seat for $105 Aus . The money was taken out of my credit card . I have had no emails or correspondence since this purchase and want to report this as a scam . I cannot find email or phone numbers at all . I usually but a lot of stuff through EBay with no trouble at all . I’m very disappointed ? this has happened. Money is hard to come by. I cannot get out to the shops . I’m on a pension and money is tight . The seat was for me to sit in the sun in the yard .

They are the worst company to deal with. They will take your money but you never receive your order and you cannot even contact them.

This is FRAUD!

I have asked for my money back but have not heard back from them!

Their website should be shut down and they should be prosecuted for scamming people!
