I placed an order for COVID-19 related goods on April 9th, 2020 for hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes. The charge to my credit card was listed under a company named FAB FASHION LTD.

I used the email address on the company's web site to inquire about delivery and they keep telling me to wait an additional two weeks. They have told me to wait now for two more weeks on three different occasions.

A google ad for hand sanitizer and alcohol wipes popped up in a Washington Post article. I thought it was weird there was no address on the website, but figured it was someone hoarding these items at inflated prices. I purchased these items and gloves through the website. I received a confirmation email on a April 6, 2020. It had said “fast shipping” on the website, but this did not happen. I emailed again twice with no reply on April 18, 2020 and April 25, 2020. I looked in my bank account and a charge of the same amount as the order was there under a company name of “fabfashion hk” Or something close to that. This is a fake company.

Home and Mart is a total scam I in desperate need for hand sanitizer,toilet paper and Alcohol cleaning wipes placed a on

line order April 8th 2020 for a total 178.93 cents that included shipping cost. I have not received my order and have not received any communication from this phony scam company. The only way to attempt communication is a email address they provided [email protected] which after several attempts to contact the company all failed. Stay away from this scam..How on earth to they get away with advertising on the internet like AOL.com.

I responded to an ad while reading the NY Times online. The ad indicated a variety of products appropriate to the current pandemic were available and did not suggest there would be any delay in shipping. I ordered a container of hand sanitizer from a selection of different sizes. I paid $25 for the container plus a charge of $8.20 for shipping using Paypal. In response to my email inquiries, surprisingly, I received three responses, the first asking for a shipping address, which I had previously provided, and the next two advising me to be patient. I told them in my last email that if I didn't receive a shipping date or a refund I would be registering a complaint with the MN Attorney General and the BBB.

My loss is obviously not a large one, but I am outraged at being bilked and worry that others could be taken for much more.

I listed US as the country of the scammer, but I have no way of knowing if that is so.
