The scammers gained access to some info re: a computer purchase we made last year in which we received 1 year of Norton software for free. They sent this email below. When I called to make sure they didn't renew and charge our credit card that we used to make the computer purchase at Costco, they tried to get me to go to an online site. I asked if they were scammers and they hung up.
