I ordered a hair piece on-line in early March 2020 It was to take 3 months. In June 2020 in requested an update on the status. No response, other than an auto replay that I would hear something in 24-48 hours. I requested this several times with no other response. I then began calling and in August I finally talked to a guys that told me that if I order the “thin Skin” hair that I would get it quicker. But it was another $40. I paid it. Since then I have not had any response. Today I called and was told that my unit was”in Production” and that it would be another 1-2 weeks before they would know for sure. I ask questions about their prices and the guy seemed to get annoyed with me. I told him that the website is still says “3 months” he told me that it needs updating.

This is the first time time that I have used them and I wish I had vetted them first. I am going back to where I have had success. Never Again with Hollywood Lace!
