I was trying to purchase a Devon Rex kitten from this website: https://hollydevonrexusa.com/shipping.html, named Holly Devon Rex. They claimed themselves as breeders. Therefore, I contacted them through the contact form embedded on the website. Then, a guy named himself Tyler texted and called me regarding the kitten that I was interested in. His phone number is 407-777-4292. He provided me with the photos and the videos of the cat through the text. After I confirmed that I decide to purchase one, he asked me for my name, address, email, phone number, and preferred payment method. And, his ZELLE account is [email protected], and the name is Raynishae S Ward. Tyler said the kitten would be registered at the airport, and I could pick it up at my nearest airport (SEA-TAC) by the evening.

In the morning, I checked the TICA website, which is a certified website for the cat breeders, and I couldn't found the name Holly Devon Rex. Therefore, I contacted Tyler to ask why, and he said that they are the small breeders that registered under the big one, which is the "TEXLONESTAR" based in Texas. However, when I asked for a further valid certificate of them and the photos of the kitten at this moment in order to check its condition before the shipping, the guy was really pissed off. He texts: "what's there meaning of this? This is getting out of hand and I won't take it anymore. I just told you, if you do not want to proceed then let me know. Enough of the disrespect. What do you mean by condition? Stop playing this funny games with me. Enough please." His texts show a terrible temper and have lots of grammar errors. And, actually, what I did is just the inquiry about the kitten.
After apologizing to him, he didn't text me back and answered any phone call of mine anymore. He ghosted. Therefore, I contacted my bank to try to have my money back and report here.
My further research about the Holly Devon Rex website is that they only valid from 9/4/20 to 12/3/20, which is a really short time, and their IP location is based in Netherland. The guy named himself Tyler has an obvious non-native accent. And, his phone number is from Florida, and I think he is still using this number because my friend tried to call Tyler with her number, Tyler actually answered her back.
