I order June 1, 2023 and on July 3, 2023 my order was supposedly delivered. As I tracked it in the Track718 website it said it was delivered to the wrong address according to their maps. Miles and miles away from my house. The people told me that I signed for the package which I clearly did not. They offered me a 2nd shipping and I said absolutely not I want a full refund. Of course they said only 50% which I’m sure I won’t get anyway but then told me that I must had wrong the address from for my shipping and billing addresses but they are the same address! Such a scam, I will never order again like this. I’m so mad, that people can actually email back and feel good about scamming people this way! Oh the they used to be in China and now they say they are from the United Kingdom.
