Type of a scam Online Purchase

Hollarstore.com scam

Scammed out of $98.48. Ordered in May. Received an order confirmation email with a Order number. A then an email with a tracking number. I could never get anything to show on the tracking site. I emailed several times and received multiple excuses. Finally, I told them that I was going to dispute payment through my credit card and the next day or so I received notification that it had been received. I had taken out shipping insurance due to the the $100 purchase. That was a sham as well. I’ve been emailing back & forth a hiring that myself nor neighbors had received as they stated had happened. Now after multiple correspondences, they are saying I will get a full refund in 15-25 business day.
Now that I finally looked them up online, I see I’ve been scammed and will call my card company tomorrow.
I knew it was too good to be true but I’d been ordering from Temu with absolutely no problem so I figured that hollaestore.com was legit. Costly mistake on my part. I hope I get refunded by my credit card company.

I received i think 4-5 emails all the same saying: Thank you for your email and regret that you have not received your refund at this time.

Clothing business advertisement came across Facebook, I purchased clothing and noticed the shipping company didn't seem legit by the vague uneducated updates. The minute I reported my merchandise was not received, the bogus shipping company marked the package as delivered.
