I was trying to reach Holland America Cruise line to inquire about my upcoming cruise with them. My cruise was fully paid. I just wanted to know how I could print my boarding pass. I googled "Holland America Customer Service", and the number 844-786-0909 popped up first. I did not pay attention and just clicked call. The person who answered identified themselves as a Holland America representative. They asked for my confirmation number. They told me that my cruise was not confirmed and that I needed to pay $164/person embarkation fee ($347 total since I am traveling with my boyfriend). Then they asked for my credit card information.
