Made a purchase for a cat tree last December. When it never arrived I asked for tracking info. (They included a tracking number but it didn't work anywhere). They told me it was delivered the same day they said it was shipped, which is impossible. I asked for a refund or my product. The person in the other end of this email address: [email protected]
decided to jerk me around for a couple months until I finally realized I'm never going to see my money or the cat tree I ordered.

I made a purchase in December on holidaydea.com and received an email shortly after with a tracking number with no link to track a package. I messaged the email address that the fake tracking was sent by and had several exchanges with the business. They first told me that my item was delivered to a different address in a different part of my state and then told me that they would look into it when I told them that it was not delivered to my home address. I requested a status on my order repeatedly and requested a real tracking number, but they could not provide one. The business is no longer active on the web. There are several other businesses by different names that are exact duplicate websites.
