On 15 Nov 21, I ordered a Christmas snowman garage door mural (7’ x 16’) with attachment hardware from Holiday Wholesale. On 9 Dec 21, I received instead a small red 3’ x 6’ Christmas ornament banner with no hardware. On 10 Dec 21, I began communicating with the company via e-mail and asked that they cancel the order, refund my money and send a return shipping label for the incorrect merchandize to be sent back. On 12 Dec 21, they wanted pictures of the packaging and item I received, which I forwarded. Then on 15 Dec 21, I was sent an e-mail with a refund offer of $5.00 and they would let me keep the banner. I responded, demanding my money back, and Holiday Wholesale said I would have to return the banner overseas at my own expense. Checked a number of monitoring websites who confirmed that Holiday Wholesale is a scam.
