I made a purchase on HokaOutletCanada.ca of Hoka shoes and was immediately directed to ******. After paying via ****** I did not receive an order confirmation email and realized this was a scam. I contacted PayPay within minutes to stop the transaction to no avail. On PayPay I saw that the payee was ****** **** and his email was *************@hotmail.com. I sent him an email asking him for the return of my money. He did not respond. I disputed the transaction with Pay Pal to no avail. After many hours of messages, and telephone calls where I was passed around for almost 2 hours from ****** specialist to specialist until the call dropped and upon review of my dispute resolution on realized that ****** had now changed the reason for not refunding the money from unauthorized purchase to some other reason. Before the call dropped on the 5th transfer a ****** specialist advised that I had sent money to a private individual and not made a purchase. This was not the case. Essentially ****** was used to perpetuate the fraud and quite frankly cared not a wit that they had facilitated it. I am now out $92.08US plus the ****** fee ($133Cdn). I will be contacting Visa but I expect the same response as ******. I have never received any goods. The website is still online.
