After the order was made and paid for, a tracking number was sent via [email protected]. The order was tracked from China to the US and eventually was delivered to an address in Miami, though I live near Seattle. I then tried contacting the company via the website using [email protected] and [email protected] neither of which worked. Both were labeled "Permanent Error" by [email protected].

I tried responding to the email which sent the tracking notice, even though it was [email protected]. My email went to [email protected] and of course generated no response.
