This site is supposedly HOKAOUTLET located in Arizona with two emails, [email protected] and the other is [email protected]. Once they charge your account you have no contact. They don't respond to emails. I have sent over ten emails to both email addresses and have not received a response. PayPal Credit is disputing my charge. Please take this site down. Now they are offering a different type of sale to reel in customers and scam them. You create an account and than can not sign in or you can Checkout as a guest. Either way they take your money and you have no contact abd the product is never received. Order was charged but never received.

Was looking for Hoka shoes on sale and this website showed up on google shopping search. Didn't think much of it. I was brand new to this brand as my doctor told me to check them out. They are expensive so I was happy to find an outlet. I didn't purchase last night and this morning I had an email stating I still had something in the cart. I was excited they gave me another 15% off as a new customer. All this tracks with prior experiences with brand outlet stores. After I made the purchase, I saw the paypal order went overseas. I immediately got an email sharing that I could have one more pair at 50% off but I saw some misspellings and they referred to me as "dear." I immediately googled about a possible scam. Yep, I feel dumb. Too good to be true. I was out roughly $65. I immediately got ahold of paypal (when their call center was open) and I also called my bank of the credit card I went through paypal to use. I cannot believe how hard it is to immediately (within 5 minutes) cancel a fraudulent charge. I will be waiting for a resolution and didn't get the $ back yet.

Not a legitimate company and internet search shows multiple people reporting scam to get credit card/bank info and not send product. Receipt looks like charge occurred through PayPal (will send fake PayPal email that looks legitimate) but charges will be missing from your PayPal account. Charges will be withdrawn from your credit card company. Credit card company will try to get you to dispute with PayPal but PayPal will have no record of transaction. Credit card will say it was not fraudulent because you made the purchase. You just bough sneakers you won't get and no one will reimburse for the loss.
