I was charged $9.99 by this business, claiming I enrolled in a membership. If I would provide my credit card online, they would automatically "cancel" my subscription (I would receive no refund for the previous charge). I called the number provided -- the customer service rep said he was a third party that answers lines for multiple web sites and was unable to provide any further info on the subscription provider/service. He did say that the amount charge would be refunded within 10 business days and my subscription would be cancelled. I'm concerned that I was charged for something I did not authorize and had I not called, would I not be allegedly refunded*

*until I've been refunded, I consider this theft.
