purchased an item a 56" tool chest but it never arrived. all information from the post office shows it being delivered , but showed the weight of the item as 1 lb. I still haven't received anything from the company. the local post office is screening their delivery drivers to see if they recall a package coming to my address that fits the description of what I ordered.

Advertised on yahoo. I Purchased 2 tool chest ($88.34) and received a cordless drill. The website no longer works. Thankfully I paid through PayPal and they are working to get me a refund. Hobelleshop offered $10.00 the $18.00 or return the products to China at my expense which they said is expensive and time consuming.

If you want a full refund, you first have to return the product to us, and the return shipping will be borne by you.

As the timeliness of international logistics is very long and uncertain, it will cost you a lot of time and money, which is not cost-effective.

We would like to offer you $18 as compensation for the problem.

Found this place on tiktok, Checked and didnt come across any bad stuff about them. So i gave them a shot. First thing i noticed was the product was coming from China. Second thing i noticed was the weight of the product. Ive seen an unboxing of the real product and its pretty big. Well tracking for this product had weight at a pound and i knew there was a problem then. Not only was it not the product i ordered, It wasnt even the same color i ordered. I bought a remote control red lowrider for $59.99 and got a $5 dollar die cast car.

I bought a flashlight I think form same place that I have not recieved a tracking number on. In the email that was sent as saying it was shipped and my tracking number is listed below. but it's not anywhere on the email. And when I went to their website it says enter tracking number below but no place to even put a tracking number. I'm going to give them a come days to reply and then start reporting it.
