After receiving an introductory email, I decided to review the products described for sale. The website, HobbyClubOne.com look authentic. I created an account after deciding to purchase two of the items and continued to make the online purchase and paid using my VISA credit card. The order was placed on 5/16/2023 and assigned an Order ID YWF00063186. After not receiving the order after two weeks, on 5/31/2023, I emailed the company using their address [email protected], as was indicated for company's contact information at the bottom of their home page. On June 1, 2023 I received a reply email, from someone in Customer Service Department (no name given), to my inquiry about shipment of my order, with regard to how it would ship, the shipping carrier and all tracking information. I was directed to contact another website (https://t.17track.net/en#nums=AG446819512CN) to start tracking my package. I have experienced many problems with trying to track my order. My VISA card has already been charged for the order BUT I have never received the items. I suspect this company is a scam operation conducting business as an online entity.
