The item was purchased, not at all what was pictured. Their return policy states they'll accept returns, so I contacted them. They fought me for days over email, continuously asking questions for proof that my product was not as described. After supplying ample proof, they finally said I could send it back. It's been two months and I still haven't seen a refund.
