They email you saying your resume has been brought up to their attention and that they have a job offer for you. They proceed to make you a job offer send you an Employment Agreement that you have to fill out and send back to them along with a scan of proof of ID. They proceed to tell you you're now employed by them and ask you to download an app for further communication, on the chat they send you a short video of the "person you're talking to" barely showing their ID. They request you to send a direct deposit form in order to move forward with the over the phone interview. Even after you repeatedly told them you're not comfortable with sending such personal information since you have not verbally spoken or seen anyone from the company, they do not proceed before you have sent them the direct deposit form and threaten you with withdrawing your position. Also the company's phone number is never available when you call.
