I ordered three pairs of crocs. I received the wrong color and one was damaged. My order was $85. I email the company and have been going back and forth with Ms. Ursula from customer service for the past few weeks. . She wants me to take a refund of $2O. I refuse to take her refund for the wrong color and damaged crocs. This company is a scam. Please stay away from this company, they are a total RIP off and SCAMMERS!

I order crocs from this website and never got a email Confirmation from them. I’ve contacted them several times and still haven’t got nothing back from them. All I want is my shoes or my money back but they don’t respond back. There’s not contact number there’s only a email to contact and like I said they don’t respond ever. Would not buy from this website!

I ordered two pairs of crocs for my girls in tye dye and liberty london. I never got an email confirmation, but a little over a month later I received the crocs but they are plain colors one blue one white. I filed a complaint through PayPal waiting to see how that goes, hoawdu would not respond to me. This site is crap buyers beware

This company sent me a wrong product but refused to refund my money nor replace with the right product that I ordered, even after showing them the invoice and the picture of the wrong product. Customer service said in an email that I will have to pay shipping to send it back. The company instead offered me an $8.00 coupon. Until now, the company insists that I take the coupon instead. Basically, I paid for a product that I never got!
