I was told if I gave the owner William brown $3,000 he would get me a dodge durango. Once I sent the money, he then told me he would keep me in a car until, he can get me in my Durango. The owner did not do that. I’ve asked for my money back on several occasions and he keeps saying he does not have it. I told him I was going to give him till the end of the week to either give me my money, or bring me a vehicle, because he has had my money since February, and if he didn’t I was going to press charges for fraud. He told me he didn’t even spend my 3,000 on my car, he spent it on trying to pay off his flooring line to get out other vehicles from the lot. Because obviously he didn’t use the other people’s money for there vehicles either, is what I got out of that. It’s Sunday, an he is once again, not reachable, and still has not given me, my money, or brought me a car to use. Because of this, my car is broken down, and I lost my job and I have to figure out how I’m going to pay my bills to make sure my kids and I don’t lose everything. I have text messages, time stamped, screenshots off his messenger and phone call logs as well. as the email, in which I contacted him and messages with his girlfriend to whom he had me send the money to. I just want my money back, he’s clearly not running a real business, to just be taking my money like that.
