I ordered a Graco travel lite crib for my baby 3/5/2020 for about $64. Over a month later, I received sunglasses that were never ordered. When I reached out to the company, they offered to reorder the item, but I wanted a refund due to the time it's taking. They offered a 75% refund, the 25% was my cost in labor. Whatever that may be. I refused. Now they're offering 85% refund. I again refused to pay for their mistake and told them to go ahead and just send the original item I ordered. I have not heard back from them. I'm going on almost 2 months of fighting for my item I purchased and they gladly took the money for immediately. I am currently working with paypal to get my money back.
