I received an order for two items and they are no where near the quality portrayed. I asked for a refund form based on their return policy and they keep sending me emails saying they will refund me $23 and to keep the clothes. I do not want the clothes. I said no, I want a full refund and do not want the clothes, they offered me $46 and keep the clothes and again I said no. They are not sending me the form for a full refund.

The importance here is not that I was immediately refused a cancel on a shirt I accidentally ordered in 2 sizes. It was the immediate response they would not comply to cancel my unintended purchase within the first 2 min. So I dug. Found many shops clarifying fraudulent details. Saying all is created in Aus/Eur/UK, but reviews on google show China. SCAM. But owned by higher group idk of total scam. I’m trying to figure it out.

This website is selling products that are misrepresented in quality and design. They refuse to refund returned items.
