Same here, Hit him up on Linkindin Took be for a few month's before I noticed. Brandon Hisman. He even told me to dispute it with my bank. After speaking to Brandon and explaining that the bank declined it. He said the only reason the bank would decline is if the refund was issued. He cannot produce paperwork to show the refund was issued and has gone quite on me. That is why I am here

I was doing a VIN check and this web page said that they will do a one time charge of $1.00 and they withdrew an additional $24.95 that I never authorized. The bank detected it has fraud but it was too late.

Same, except they stole $24.95 four separate times in the span of 40 days. I've filed complaints with the FTC and IC3 (internet crime complaint center) - recommend doing the same, if you're seeing this with a similar experience.
