move in this house 9854 Rosecrans Ave, Bellflower, CA 90706 on 3/2019 sign rent agreement with landlord $6000 deposit and + $2800 1st rent sign rent agreement 2 nd time on 02/2020 with landlord that time landlord told they are have agency "HIS HOUSING INC" later on landlord applied this house for charity never notified to tenant and never provided resources anything to tenant my question is how I do because after house for charity we are still paid rent full amount the house we are renting not included garage landlord always use to do something inside garage and also on electrical and water bills on landlord name but tenant paid directly from bank account to electric and water bills and landlord come to use a lot never help tenant paid the bills since 4/2019-07/2023 when landlord raised up the rent i told them we can't cover for paid extra bills anymore and ask my kids and my husband to help them fix the house my son sick for asthma and my husband sick for diabetes and cancer he had colotomy bag on the side for the bills my parents paid the bills money for retirement from social security sometimes landlord use a lot we paid the bills still owe money and we can't use discount because landlord don't change to tenant name i think not for to us we not for free we are paying rent but landlord do to us right we are live for free and I don't understand my landlord give me paper for city hall this house for charity
