Ordered a product on line as a Christmas present for granddaughter. Ordered 11-29-23. Never received, tried talking with them twice at the listed phone number. Was answered with a quiet “hello”. Not a business response. Spoke to them twice without any satisfaction. After contacting today, I saw on my account they had deducted 49.00 from my account, without authorization or purchase. Have had to file fraudulent charges with banking company against this company. Extremely frustrating and unproffesional
