I was recommended his helping hands by a relative to fix my furnace. This is the company in Flint Michigan. The boss guy Wayne is licensed but has people working for him who are not. The work I received and payed for was less than impressive. After talking to Wayne I asked if I could have the guy’s name that was in my house so I could see if he was certified. He would not give it to me. Come to find out Wayne did not even pull permits and the work is pretty much under the table. So if you want to be out a few grand for some work you’d have better luck doing yourself. Go ahead and waste your money. He proceeded to harass me and get nasty over texts when I told him the job was awful. So beware. He’s a scam. You might get a new furnace but it won’t be nice like you’d expect. You’d have better luck paying a little more for someone who won’t cut corners.
