I contacted the company through their website to notify them and ask for a refund and return label. They refused saying their policy was it was a final sale. I explained that I had clicked on correct button but their website sent a different product.
After I contacted second time they took down product from website but refused to provide a refund/return label.
I believe this company is intentionally offloading hard to sell products (like XS shirts) on customers, the. Refusing to correct their error under the guise of “final sale policy”
