Jessica Albright reached out to me for a remote job with Gannett. She had me download the Microsoft team app so we could do an interview. All questions seemed legit and she sent over employment papers and W4 documents she also asked for my DL. then she told me she would send me a check to deposit into my account to purchase computer supplies for me to start training. when I received the check I noticed the check company names was different it was from CHI Engineering which raised my suspicions. so I called CHI and spoke to a lady by the name of Suzanne Nicholas and she informed me that this was not legit and she had been contacted by others asking the same question. She asked me to send over all the info I had regarding the check. so I did and now I will send you the same information.
