Purchased a baby stroller on this website, and was charged for it the day after. After 1 month of trying to gather information about my order via phone and email I still haven't received my order or a response. The website that I ordered it from, https://hipkiddie.store, is now no longer in service and claims that they are going to "Be Back Soon". The number I tried to call 831 708-0457 is constantly busy, and there is no way for me to get a refund for the 168.43 (50.00 of which was supposed to be "shipping insurance"). Also, ScamPulse.com refused to accept my complaint since I didn't have enough information despite providing a picture of the "fake invoice", order number and tracking number. Also noting that I am not the ONLY person who has been scammed by this company "https://www.trustpilot.com/review/hipkiddie.store". I'm hoping this store can at LEAST be placed on the tracker.
