Type of a scam Online Purchase
I waited for my clothes for a bit, got them all inside one dirty smelling plastic blue bag from the UK somewhere, and opened it up, took one look at them and instantly I knew it was a scam; the pants were not my size but said my size on them, so FAKE LABELS. Or they mistakenly took them from the wrong department, such as teens. I am a full sized woman, plus size, 4x, and they clothes that did not fit were made evidently for someone that never had a child.
I replied the same day to their website asking for a refund for the clothes that did not fit me. They took at least 2 days to get back to me, and that was through an email telling me that they wanted pictures, so I took pictures, and showed them they are too small.
They ultimately denied my request for refund. I checked them online through the internet, found out that they are a scam.
I wouldn't buy from them or their affiliates ever again; buyer beware; they offer no business address, no refund address, and they told me to give the clothes to someone else, LIKE WHO WOULD THAT BE? I need them, not someone else...I am not rich, and use credit cards to survive, so this hurts me, plus I don't have the pants I need.
No telephone number, some unknown person's address was given as the owning company, but no office address. Others have looked into this company and reported the same information.
That's it. I'm out of $95 minus the 3 t shirts that barely fit me.
5% off total order is all was offered.
