I paid almost $100 for a magazine subscription for my son in prison. I’ve le er several messages along with emails. I never got a response nor my money back.. I’m sure this has happened to more people

I ordered a subscription to the magazine, but never received a thing. I made several attempts to contact the magazine and was told to send a copy of my proof of purchase. I have heard nothing more from the company.

My daughter ordered their magazine for her brother in December for $***. He has yet to have received an issue. Unbeknownst to me the site and the length of time from her initial purchase, I too went to the same site, paid the same amount through PayPal. Again he has yet to have received his first issue. We have since then attempted to contact them and suddenly the number is not a "working number". The site is still up an running with all information as before.

I ordered online for a subscription. It prompted me to pay with my PayPal account. I never received any magazines nor could contact anyone to get any information. When I tried call it sent me to a voicemail where I left several messages only to get no response. When I tried calling back the number was disconnected but the payment had been taken out of my account.
