On June 1, 2022, I ordered some Swiss Support Handles for $24.99 and little did i know, they also charged me $18.47 for a subscription. I didn't realize it would be taken out every month. I started sending them emails on August 1st asking why they kept taking money out and where are my handles. I would get a response saying that my subscription was cancelled and money was refunded. As of today, they have yet to refund or cancel my subscription and they are STILL taking money out. Now they are taking money out, not just monthly, but 2-3 times a week and the amount is $18.47, $21.47, and $24.47. Numerous emails have been sent to them and they just say the same thing.

There is no phone number listed for me to call and the only way i can stop this is to change my debit card which is really an inconvenience for our business.
