A profile posting on Facebook group posted a job advertizing for work at home jobs for moms. The profile then sent a job code and walked me through the process of downloading the chat application Telegram. A "Hiring Manager" was then chatting with me through the chat application. We conducted an interview and he then told me I was hired a day later. He told me the company was to send me funds to purchase "working materials". I was e-mailed a check from Hilton Worldwide Inc.. I was told to print the check, and deposit it through my mobile banking. I was to then Zelle money to an account by a different name. My bank did not allow me to Zelle the money. I told the Hiring Manager that the bank would take 5 days. Through the Telegram chat application the "Hiring Manager" told me I was stealing his money and threatened my family. This is December 19th. Christmas is fast approaching and I am sure this will be happening more frequently.
