I ordered some products from this company as Christmas gifts on Dec 6th and was shocked to find out that they were shipping from overseas on Dec 8th. There was no mention of overseas shipping when I ordered. I knew they wouldn't be here in time and tried to cancel the order via email. The customer support would not cancel and said the products were already in transit. When they arrived on January 9th I knew I had been scammed. The products were of very poor quality and the operating instructions were so badly written they were unintelligible. I wrote to the company, sending pictures of the flawed products and the terrible instructions. They offered me $4 in compensation. This company is listed on possible scam sites that I now know I should have checked before ordering. I am out $52 so I wanted to report them here as well in case it keeps someone else from ordering anything from these crooks.
