Hello we sent money for a puppy and never received her. What to do now. We filed a police report and with the better business bureau.

We have always purchase are puppy’s online but never have we had such a problem like this one before. So here goes. We emailed this company which has no phone number or address on the website. It says Wyoming but it in El Paso Texas. So I get the email back we make the transaction over several attempts in different accounts they could not use this one and that one did not work then they found a cash app that worked so I sent the 700 thu cash app. Sept 8th. To a vino lantor. Who knows who this is but I did it anyways I wanted this puppy. So off the puppy goes to transport to be flight to Reno then I get a email from the transport company and they tell me I have to pay 1599 to 1900 to either rent or buy a air conditioner/heating crate and I say no I don’t it comes with a crate it right here in my contract. I email the person from Hillside pets and she ask how much can I put towards the crate she will pay half of it. I say nothing it’s your responsibility it’s in our contract that you signed. We went on and on for a week or so . Now I went to an attorney and she said I had a case against them and they suggested I go to you first. Thank you for your support with this I appreciate you just being here for us.
