Wind spinner

What a joke! The website shows this with you believing it's larger than what you receive. My arrived bent in a small and flimsy box that was damaged and metal parts of the spinner were sticking out. On opening, a part of the spinning part was bent and it would not spin right. I emailed the company who wanted pictures which I sent. They said they were sending my email to someone else in the company to make a decision. I waited & waited and heard nothing. Since I used PayPal to pay - I filed a claim. Then I get an answer, they want me to bend the fragile parts back. I told them when I pay $40 for something I expect it to arrive undamaged & in working order. Also telling them I wanted a refund. The website clearly states if an item is damaged it is fully refundable. Thanks to PayPal I escalated my claim and received a refund. It would not have happened without involving them. I am grateful to PayPal. Watch this website, you think it is a company from the USA but it is from China - how deceitful! BEWARE

HILL&HORIZONS SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!

Ordered a spinner! JUNK JUNK JUNK!
PEOPLE BEWARE! It’s a FRAUD! It’s a SCAM!
Got the spinner, DOES NOT WORK, AND IT HAS RUSTED!
Tried calling the phone number! Been disconnected! Tried emailing, to get a return address. To send JUNK BACK! TO NO AVAIL!
Decided to call my credit card company! Disputed the charge! Got a refund, thanks you card company!

Now I have received an email from Hill&Horizons, they’ll turn me into a collection agency! If they don’t get their payment!
Card company said, ignore the email!
So, that’s what I’m doing!

I CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS HILLS&HORIZONS! IT IS A SCAM!

Wind spinner is JUNK!!!!!!!!!

Teenier than expected- put in garden, short stakes barely stay in ground, hurricane force winds would not make it spin, and it started rusting after 2 weeks! I sent emails and photos and have not gotten a reply... asking for a refund but have been totally ignored. SCAMMERS!

Fraud Company

Said I hadn't made a payment for a couple spinners 18 months ago. Asked to return. No response. Said if immediate payment wasn't made I would be turned over to a collection agency and charged an additional $100. My attorney tried to contact them. No response.

No rust windmill

Paid $50.00 of my hard earned money for this item. I was very surprised that it shipped from China, not Texas which is their address in the ad. Took three weeks to get here. It was broken when it arrived. The metal stand was defective. I contacted the company and they asked for a photo which I sent and I have never heard from them again. Finally just so I could use it, I zip tied the top to an aluminum pole. It worked for a total of two weeks and now it no longer works. I’m disgusted and disappointed. If you are considering buying ANYTHING from this company be prepared for no customer service and no concern from them whether or not the item you purchased works. Total trash.

Bought this windmill sounds just like other posts. But I did and I’m not happy at all. It’s not at all working it just sits there. Tried calling but nope tried emails but nope. Called the credit card company and stopped the payment! Bet they’ll get in contact now when they don’t get paid! Should have known when the package was shipped from China that it wasn’t gonna work!

Anti-rust Magical metal windmill

March 2022 ordered.
Delivered in what looked like a small pizza box. But not as strong.
Holes throughout the box, due to the metal of the windmill poking through.
I had to try and untangle it and bend the metal back on the ferns.
I decided for the price, and condition of it, to return it.
They were difficult to get a hold of.
Finally, someone returned my request.
Would not honor their return policy and actually lied about when I received it.
If you order this from Hills and Horizons BE AWARE, that they do not care how it was shipped, it’s cheaply made, it’s overpriced and they have NO customer service.
And after waiting to use it for months, wanting to return it, I finally gave up and put it in the yard. IT STICKS AND IT DOES RUST!

I got a small rug ($22.95) that's supposed to look like there is a hole/tunnel in the floor. The pic I snapped actually does the optical illusion, but it looks really dumb in real life. I wouldn't say it's a scam, but it's not worth buying. It took 4 weeks to arrive.

Shorted my order

I ordered 3-Robots for my three grandkids, the total cost of $197.97.
I only received 2 of them.
I’ve replied to their text messages and sent about 6 emails and I never get a response or any type of reply from them offering to send the missing Robots or a refund. My emails they keep blocking or undeliverable, this is so frustrating!

They recently changed their website to agoraoutlets.com to keep scamming people
