ordered a Hotjack space heater through an internet websie and was given a fake order# FM49853 and a tracking# YT2329821266003590

I ordered four heated vests as gifts totaling $175.95. The sizes were off and did not fit. Website said No-Hassle Returns. When I received the order there was no paperwork included or return information. I contacted [email protected]. I have exchanged several emails, each time they have said that the cost of returning the items would not be worth it. They encouraged me to keep the items and would refund $40. I spent $175.95. I want to warn others about the difficulty in the return process and am hopeful that even with the cost of paying postage, I will receive my refund. Below I am providing other information that were on the email confirming my order:
