Advertised as a heated vest, with no BS return policy for 30 days. Vest did not work at all, no heat and not charging. When contacted they said that I needed to ship it back to them, which would cost $60-$80 to get my refund, or they would refund me $8 as an alternative solution. For a $79 item.
