I ordered a pair of HF Stride shoes from Hike Footware. Their add says they have a 100% money back guarantee. I didn’t realize the shoes would be shipped from China. Upon arrival, the shoes were not satisfactory. The very next day I contacted the company by email (the only means of contact provided). The company continued to ignore my attempts to contact them, stalling until my 100% money back guarantee would expire.
