I purchased two items from Hiipps.com on Dec. 25th, 2020. The items finally arrived on Jan. 14th, 2021. They arrived extremely late. Both of the items purchased are not at all as advertised. And they are very cheaply and poorly made. The company that I have been in contact with via email is refusing a full refund. I also found out that the contact information provided on their company website is fake. The U.S. that they also provide on their website is fake and the company does not even reside in the U.S. but in China. Many Americans have been scammed by this company and I believe it to be pertinent that it is looked into to stop future scams from this company (Hiipps).

I payed for my “items” but never received them this damn “business” should have there website removed everything removed my “package” says it’s still in China & it’s been more then 10 ****** days at this point I want my damn money back I don’t even want the items
