I ordered 2 sets of resistance bands from high zoo and I never received them. I paid through Paypal and the seller's name comes up as a bunch Chinese characters. The payment came out immediately and I never received any information after that about my purchase. It's sad that CROOKS sit behind a computer and rip people off.

Stay away from Highzoo! I have send numerous emails. I also ordered the resistance bands! CROOKS! My mother in law had me order them. I hope they enjoy taking money from the elderly.

Hi, I ordered resistance bands 11 piece set and no item yet has been arrived. Its been 2 weeks and nothing. I check the tracking number and everything is in Hanzi. I m guessing after reading these reviews, I just got took for 25.00. Damn I hate these crooks!

On March 25, 2020 I ordered Resistance Band Set ( 11 Piece Set ) ORDER #1710TF from www.highzoo.com. I paid $25.99 through www.paypal.com Transaction ID: 36706548L9245352E. The payment was cash in my Paypal account so I cannot complain to my credit card because they don't have a record of the transaction. Paypal has been investigating since I learned that www.geardate.com had the same complaint against it. The contact email is [email protected] on the website www.highzoo.com The contact email on the order page is [email protected]. There is no phone number listed. The item was never shipped. I never received a tracking number
