I checked my checking account on 1/19/2020 and there was a charge made by paypal in the amount of 48.19 pending from hightechzon I immediately called my bank and they are investigating I closed my paypal account 6 months ago and they was still able to charge an amount from there beware China is getting very smart going through a shipping trade website “hightechzon” to scam and get into closed account maybe used in past to reissue a payment.
