I booked a ticket from Denver, Colorado to Odessa, Ukraine on August 13, 2020. For $941.80. When I received my e-remember CNET, they had booked it to the wrong airport in the wrong country. I called them back at three once and informed them of the error and requested a refund. I was informed it would take 5 to 7 working days which I was find with and rebooked with the agent to the proper airport. After the 7 days had passed and no refund received, I called back and was told the agent had made a mistake and it would be 1 day and not seven as I was told. Anyhow long story short, I have had at least 12 emails and probably that many phone calls with the same BS run around. Last Thursday when I called (10/8/2020), I was assured I would have my refund the following Monday (10/12/2020) and as expected, no refund. You just called them today(10/16/2020) and demanded to speak to a supervisor and was told they had all gone home for the day. When I asked what time it was there and their location, I was just nformed it was 1:00 am and they were in Las Vegas and I needed to call back a 6:00 am their time to speak with a supervisor. I also checked the phone registry for Las Vegas and discovered there is no listing in Las Vegas for the company.

Being in a hurry and seeing cheap prices I didn’t think it through and purchased tickets from this site I had never used. They sent a email that said I should receive my e-tickets in 24hrs. Then In the full email it said if I don’t receive it in 4hrs to click this “here”. When I clicked it took me to nothing. I immediately regretted it and went to look at reviews. I seen how many people got scammed. I rushed to stop payment and blocked my card so they couldn’t do any transactions, which worked. 6hrs later they called saying they couldn’t book because there was only 3 seats left. When I called him out because the original email said it was booked, he changed the story.

The next day he called and left another voicemail and email saying the airline changed my flight information. They wanted me to call to try to get a new reservation or refund. I don’t know how I could get a refund since they never got my money. This site needs to be shut down immediately.

I was looking at booking agencies for the cheapest flight to W.Va. This SCAMMING company called HighSkyCheap had the lowest price so I booked with them. Upon checking for seat confirmation, I found that my flight had been canceled! I researched and found reviews that told of the exact same experience! I SHOULD HAVE RESEARCHED BEFORE booking! I am now out $600.00! Please learn from MY IGNORANCE! DO NOT USE THIS SCAMMING COMPANY, "HighSkyCheap" for booking travel or ANYTHING else!!!
