I ordered this item on June 29, 2023. I have yet to receive any responses even though I have sent request after request for information. No one responds. I don't believe the website even exists because I can't find it anywhere.

I ordered and paid for this tablet on 6.29.23. Have heard nothing since. And it's already three months past the order date. I don't think their website even exists because I can't find it.

Before ordering, I check the BBB, this Internet scammer's name was not listed ( http://www.highqualitydeal.top/ ) -- so I ordered a gardening product -- website appeared legitimate, and was a WHOLESALER (red flag). What tipped me off was this company charged me more than product was listed (free shipping--not tax). Not until I logged onto my credit card website to see the charge--the POS was Shanghai--another red flag (POS=point of sale). My credit card company will file a dispute claim and credit my account. I contacted this Internet company's 'apparent' bogus email six times and received NO RESPONSE. Lesson learned ... if it sounds too good to be true--it is. (I did not use a Debit card thankfully--always use credit card or Paypal so I am protected).
